Difficult to say if it's really a mite on this Argia; it would be surprising because we were on a river. Note how pale blue are the underside of the eyes.
Total length: 34 mm. Habitat: it's an upland species and waterfall-dweller in streams
in forest. Distribution in central America: Costa Rica, Panama.
